Job Title: ICU Staff Nurse

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 3 years in ICU/NICU/PICU/CCU

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Karnataka Nursing Council registration

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy as per physician orders.

Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies (intubation, central line insertion, resuscitation, etc.).

Operate and maintain ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators).

Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation, reports, and patient records.

Educate and support patient families regarding treatment, recovery, and ICU protocols.

Participate in Code Blue/ACLS situations and respond promptly to emergencies.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in critical care.

Ability to work in shifts, handle emergencies, and multitask under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Certification in BLS / ACLS preferred.
