Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care as per medical guidelines.

2. Monitor vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.) regularly.

3. Administer medications and injections as prescribed.

4. Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.

5. Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

6. Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

7. Communicate with patients and families compassionately.

Skills Required:

• Clinical knowledge & patient care skills

• Basic computer and documentation knowledge

• Good communication & observation skills

• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
