• Key Responsibilities:

  Patient Care & Monitoring:

  • Daily patient check-ups and vital signs monitoring (manual TPR/BP if required).

  • Manage new patient admissions and discharges with proper documentation.

  • Provide and ensure emergency care coordination, including contacting doctors and relatives during health deterioration or death.

  • Assist doctors during rounds; prepare and update assessment reports.

  • Ensure prescriptions are filled correctly and updated in the logbook.

  • Perform clinical procedures such as:

    • Bladder wash

    • Wound dressing

    • Bedsore identification and management

    • RT and catheter changes

    • IV and IM administration
