We are looking for a Male Home Caregiver to join our team at Pa Companions, a socially impactful startup dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for elders and dependent individuals. The role involves providing compassionate homecare services, ensuring client comfort, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting overall health and well-being. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 – ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ care requirements and support their daily living needs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and record vital signs such as pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.

• Maintain accurate client health records and care reports.

• Assist with mobility, feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards are followed.

• Provide emotional companionship and engage clients in conversations and activities.

• Educate families on care routines and health plans when required.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Diploma in Nursing, GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery).

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in caregiving, homecare, or patient care.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused personality.

• Language: Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory).

• Physically fit and capable of assisting clients with mobility.

• Additional certifications in first aid or advanced patient care will be considered an advantage.
