We are looking for a Home Care Nursing to join our team at Salonova to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain patient’s records and reports.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
- Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Job Requirements:
