·         Assessment and Diagnosis:

Healthcare professionals assess patients' conditions, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. 

·         Treatment and Management:

They provide treatments, administer medications, and manage patients' conditions, including both acute and chronic illnesses. 

·         Prevention and Education:

They educate patients on preventive measures, healthy lifestyles, and disease management to promote overall well-being and prevent illness. 

·         Rehabilitation:

They may implement rehabilitation programs to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses. 

·         Counseling and Support:

They provide counseling and support to patients, helping them cope with health challenges and make informed decisions.
