Job: Clinic Manager.
Qualification : Any Degree: B com preferred
Exp: 1-2 yrs.
Salary 15,000 K (ESI & PF)
Languages Mandatory: English & Kannada
Working : Monday to Saturday Working from 10 AM to 6:30 PM
(a) Morning Clinic opening and housekeeping and cleanliness, ( you have to check all areas if not done you have to instruct housekeeping person to clean)

(b) Clinic Stock Management, (if any stock required you have to send mail to Sunitha mam , Lavanya , and clinic incharge, Logistic and Accounts team.)

(c) Clinic Expenses sheet (they have to give information to Accounts team and should submit the Invoice of That purchase )

(d) Clinic billings to patients, (Previous day cash sale should be deposit next day and send the total and deposited slip in clinic sale group)

(d) Updation of patient records in the ZOHO CRM software Application and ERP Software ,(Should send the invoice and payment details same day in Clinic Sale group)

(e) Any other activity that is a part of the designated Clinic/ Company sales and patient consulting operations, the point of contact for you will be your Area Sales Manager. As a part of the Clinic Operations team, you are required to understand the essentials of our science of Neo-Ayurveda (on which our entire range of Ayurvedic Medicines are based), explain the products & Home Remedies to patients and undertake all such activities in the Clinic that are linked to patient welfare and service. ( if any activities they have to in from Lavanya in prior notice so that arrangements can be checked)

(f) No Credited sale for patients

(g) Daily report, Stock report and account report should send to Sunitha mam , Accounts Team and clinic in charge.

(h) Clinic petty cash should be maintained at Rs 500/- and all the expenses including over the petty cash vouchers invoice need to be shared to Accounts team and Clinic incharge and share the patty cash report daily.

(i) Prior approval is needed before purchasing of any item .Mention all the details cleanly in petty cash report.
