Job Title: Baby Care Nurse – Homecare Duty

Location: Mysore
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Baby Care Nurse to provide dedicated in-home care for newborns and infants in Mysore. The role includes feeding support, hygiene care, monitoring health, and ensuring the baby’s comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care for newborns and infants in a home setting

• Assist with feeding, bathing, changing, and sleeping routines

• Monitor the baby’s health, growth, and development

• Keep records of daily care and report concerns to parents

• Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols

• Support mother with baby-related tasks if needed

Work Details:

• Type: Full-time, On-site (Homecare)

• Shifts: 12-hour or 24-hour (with rest)

• Weekly Off: One day (flexible)

• Language: Kannada preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary based on experience and shift pattern

• Accommodation provided if required

• ₹3,500 monthly allowance if accommodation not used

• Performance-based incentives

Requirements:

• Education: ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing or certified caregiver training

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in baby or neonatal care preferred

• Soft Skills:

  • Patience and gentleness with infants

  • Good communication with parents

  • Ability to work independently
