Workshop operations management: Supervise all daily workshop activities to ensure an efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
Service quality and delivery: Monitor the quality of repairs, conduct final inspections, and ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers on time and according to Hero MotoCorp's standards.
Team supervision: Guide, motivate, and manage the workshop team, including allocating work based on skill sets and performance.
Customer satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction through transparent communication and high-quality service delivery, often by coordinating with service advisors.
Operational efficiency: Minimize service delays and maximize throughput by monitoring performance, productivity, and resource utilization.
Administrative tasks: Open and manage job cards, ensure proper documentation, and handle the resolution of operational or customer-related issues.
