Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to support our EV 2-wheeler servicing and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to electric scooters or bikes, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.

Perform installation, servicing, diagnostics, and repair of electric 2-wheelers at service centers or customer locations.

• Troubleshoot issues related to battery packs, controllers, BMS (Battery Management System), motor functions, wiring harnesses, and display consoles.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing as per company schedules.

• Provide on-site support for vehicle breakdowns or emergency service calls when required.

• Ensure all repairs and replacements comply with manufacturer and safety guidelines.

• Maintain service documentation including job cards, parts used, service reports, and customer feedback.

• Educate customers on vehicle handling, charging practices, and basic maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or engineers.

• Keep tools, diagnostic equipment, and workstations in proper condition and order.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
