Key Responsibilities

• Maintain service reports, checklists, and documentation accurately.

• Coordinate with senior engineers, supervisors, and clients for smooth service operations.

• Provide on-site support during installation, testing, and commissioning when required.

• Ensure proper usage of tools, safety equipment, and follow company safety protocols.

• Escalate critical issues to seniors for technical assistance.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high service quality.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in elevator maintenance, installation, or service (6 months to 3 years).

• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical components.

• Ability to diagnose faults independently.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel for service calls.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.

• Basic computer knowledge for report entry (preferred).
