-Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner
-Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of vehicle repairs
-Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations to customers
-Prepare accurate repair estimates, including labor and parts costs
-Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of services
-Communicate service status updates to customers throughout the process
-Maintain detailed customer records and repair history in the system
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
