· Learn about hub motor and mid-drive motor components and their functions.
· Follow work instructions and guidance from supervisors for each stage of assembly.
· Assist in handling coils, winding placement, and basic processing.
· Support in maintaining cleanliness and order during winding operations.
· Help in fitting, aligning, and securing stator parts using tools and fixtures.
· Ensure correct orientation of components as per drawings.
· Learn step-by-step assembly of rotor, stator, bearings, and other parts.
· Use hand tools (screwdrivers, snap fittings, torque tools) under supervision.
· Assist in basic functional checks (continuity, rotation, insulation tests).
· Report any abnormal observations to senior operators.
· Support in visual inspection of assembled motors for defects or missing parts.
· Maintain basic records of completed work.
· Follow ESD, PPE, and safety guidelines while handling components and tools.
· Keep the workstation clean and organized.
Actively participate in on-the-job training to gain technical skills.
