Key Responsibilities:

Fit, assemble, and install mechanical parts and components

Read and understand engineering/technical drawings

Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and basic fabrication work

Inspect parts to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality

Troubleshoot and resolve fitting or assembly issues

Maintain tools and ensure workplace cleanliness

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

Follow all safety rules and company standards

Skills Required:

Knowledge of mechanical fitting and hand tools

Ability to read measuring instruments (Vernier, scale, gauges)

Good problem-solving and technical skills

Ability to work independently or in a team

Qualification:

ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical or related field

Experience in fitting or assembly preferred
