Visit client sites and install in-vehicle cameras and tracking devices as per company standards.
Perform device configuration, wiring, and testing to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware or connectivity issues during or after installation.
Coordinate with the Command Centre and Technical Support team for activation and system verification.
Maintain installation records, including photos, serial numbers, and customer sign-offs.
Manage inventory of installation materials, ensuring proper usage and accountability.
Provide on-site training or demonstrations to customers when required.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and timelines.
Be flexible to travel extensively based on operational needs.
