Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Automobile preferred) – Mechanic or Technician

Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in 4-wheeler maintenance

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass

Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license

Language Skills: Ability to read and understand basic English

Nature of Work: Field job – Candidate must be willing to visit customer locations for vehicle evaluation Evaluator Criteria:

1. 3–4 years of experience as a technician/mechanic

2. Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Automobile preferred)

3. Should NOT have experience as a service advisor

4. Should NOT have experience in commercial vehicle servicing

5. Experience in OEM-based companies such as Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value is acceptable

6. Plant or manufacturing-based experience is NOT considered

7. Must have strong driving skills and a valid driving license

Salary & Benefits:

For Lucknow: 15,000 – 25,000 CTC (Based on experience) + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives Travel Allowance provided

Note: This is a field role that requires regular visits to customers’ locations for car evaluations. Only candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered
