1. Battery Assembly & Integration
Assemble battery packs and modules according to technical drawings and procedures.
Integrate battery systems into electric vehicles or test setups.
Ensure correct wiring, balancing, and safety mechanisms are in place.
2. Testing & Validation
Conduct performance tests on individual cells, modules, and complete battery packs.
Use testing equipment like battery analyzers, multimeters, and load testers.
Record cycle life, capacity, thermal behavior, and voltage performance.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve issues in battery packs such as over-discharge, imbalance,
overheating, etc.
Replace faulty components (cells, connectors, BMS boards).
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
4. Battery Management System (BMS) Support
Support installation and calibration of BMS.
Monitor real-time data such as voltage, current, temperature, and SOC (state of
charge).
Report faults or inconsistencies for software debugging.
5. Data Logging & Reporting
Document test results, fault logs, maintenance reports, and daily activity logs.
Work closely with engineers to analyze battery performance data.
Assist in root cause analysis and quality improvements.
6. Inventory & Tools Management
Manage stock of cells, components, tools, and testing instruments.
Ensure tools are calibrated and maintained properly.
7. Safety & Compliance
Follow proper ESD, fire safety, and chemical handling protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high-voltage systems and battery
chemicals.
Wear appropriate PPE and participate in safety training.
