We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media efforts across all major platforms. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You’ll shape our brand voice, grow engagement, manage a content calendar, and drive measurable results.
Lead the development and execution of social media strategies
Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics and present actionable insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams
Guide community management and influencer initiatives
Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and competitive activity
Mentor junior team members and manage external partners/agencies as needed
2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement
Expertise in social ad platforms and analytics tools
Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
