Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytical thinking, user-centric mindset, and technical fluency to deliver high-impact products.
Key Responsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications aligned with product goals.
Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Help identify edge cases, define success metrics, and contribute to UAT processes.
Support change request management, version control of documentation, and scope alignment.
Maintain project documentation and status updates using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or technical architecture (a plus, not mandatory).
