Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments for a holistic approach to SEO.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.       On-Page SEO:

·       Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for on-page optimization.

·       Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, and content for search engines.

·       Ensure website content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with SEO strategies.

·       Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop SEO-friendly new content.

·       Regularly perform website audits to identify and address on-page SEO issues.

2.       Off-Page SEO:

·       Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks.

·       Identify and pursue link-building opportunities through outreach and relationship building.

·       Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link profile and disavow toxic links if necessary.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt off-page SEO strategies accordingly.

3.       Keyword Research:

·       Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.

·       Implement keyword optimization strategies across various digital assets, including web pages, blog posts, and social media.

4.       Optimization:

·       Continuously optimize website elements for better performance in search engine results.

·       Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.

·       Stay informed about SEO tools and technologies and recommend updates or new implementations.

5.       Link Building:

·       Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority.

·       Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals for link-building opportunities.

6.       URL Building:

·       Ensure URL structures are optimized for search engines and user experience.

·       Implement best practices for creating SEO-friendly URLs.

7.       Analytics:

·       Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics.

·       Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

8.       Coordination with Different Departments:

·       Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.

·       Communicate SEO recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

·       Proven 3+year experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

·       In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

·       Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, etc.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
