JOB DESCRIPTION:

In SIB profile you have to connect with TPO’s i.e. training & placements officers of different colleges and institutions brief them about training courses and as per that schedule the training that our company RUBICON is offering.

Basically, you will be acting as an intermediary between the college's TPO department and the company and thereby enhancing the network for the company.

Requirement:

1. Good Communication Skills

2. Interpersonal Skills

3. Presentable

4. Knowledge about Excel

5. Listening & Convincing Skills

Roles and responsibilities -

1. Connecting to the various TPO's of the colleges in order to get trainings to be held in their campuses.

2. Working for the trainings to be held on 'Target Based'

3. Creating a good rapport with the TPO's and creating networks in the educational institutions.

4. Working closely in 'Campus Connects' and 'Placements' of the colleges.

5. Connecting & Convincing Colleges for training

6. Connecting colleges and schedule the Virtual & face-to-face meeting.

7. Repo building with colleges

Commercials:

1. The first 2 months will be the contract period

Job Type:

Work from Home Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
