Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive walk-ins, online orders, and group bookings.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for bulk orders, parties, and catering.
Manage partnerships with food delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
Drive promotional campaigns (e.g., discounts, festivals, loyalty programs) to boost sales.
Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain a database of customers for future outreach and promotions.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, and WhatsApp.
Collaborate with graphic designers/creators for marketing content and creatives.
Create and maintain the restaurant’s social media presence and ensure timely engagement.
Plan and promote special events (festivals, live music, theme nights, etc.).
Manage email marketing and SMS campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor customer feedback on online platforms (Google Reviews, Zomato, etc.) and respond appropriately.
Coordinate PR activities, influencer visits, and collaborations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector).
Strong understanding of marketing tools, digital channels, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
