Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive client acquisition across Ahmedabad. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong digital and offline marketing expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to manage campaigns, partnerships, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Design and implement marketing strategies (offline & digital) aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Segment customer base (HL, LAP, PL, BL) and build tailored campaigns.
Branding & Promotion
Strengthen Wishloan Capital’s brand visibility through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Manage PR, advertising, and influencer collaborations.
Ensure all communication complies with financial regulatory guidelines (RBI norms).
Digital Marketing
Oversee SEO, Google Ads, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) to attract and educate clients.
Manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS automation workflows for lead nurturing.
Offline Marketing & Partnerships
Build relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and corporates for client referrals.
Organize financial literacy events, seminars, and on-ground activations across Ahmedabad.
Run seasonal campaigns during festivals to attract new customers.
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead and mentor a marketing team and coordinate with sales for smooth execution.
Collaborate with external agencies (design, media, event partners).
Track marketing KPIs (lead generation, conversion rate, CAC, ROI).
Customer-Centric Initiatives
Collect feedback, manage testimonials, and build customer trust programs.
Implement referral and loyalty campaigns to boost repeat business.
