• Create, manage & optimize Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns.

• Target the right audience using interest, demographics, and location filters.

• Track performance and generate weekly reports.

• Use data to improve ad performance and reduce cost per result.

• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy.

✅ Requirements:

• 3 months+ experience in running Meta or Google Ads (freelance/internship also valid).

• Basic understanding of Ads Manager and Google Ads panel.

• Should know how to create campaigns, ad sets, and creatives.

• Passionate about digital marketing and performance tracking.

• Bonus if you know Canva or basic design tools.
