OKR for Marketing Manager
- Be a part of client meetings and represent the organisation as a part of business development, sales and client relationship management activities
- Take down requirements from the clients' side and provide them business solutions as per company guidelines
- Send out proposals for additional business opportunities with accurate details maintaining appropriate email/communication etiquettes
- Coordinate with vendors and check for fulfilment of deliverables based on requirements received from the side of the clients
- Coordinate with clients for required creatives, logos, designs, videos and any additional information/marketing collaterals to make campaigns live
- Prepare presentations to keep a track of campaign deliverables based on clients' requirements and also as per company policy
- Ensure invoices are received from the vendors within necessary timelines and verify the same for processing
- Ensure invoices are shared with clients after coordination with respective internal teams
- Complete vendor registration formalities as and when required during the course of the business
- Coordinate with the team of photographers to ensure outdoor campaign photographs are duly captured and stored in the system
- Ensure campaigns are made live by meeting appropriate deadlines and the same are delivered seamlessly
