Job Description:

·         Proven experience as marketing manager or similar role

·         Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

·         Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

·         Proficient in MS Office and marketing software

·         Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Strong organizational and time-management abilities

·         Creativity and commercial awareness

·         Travelling is mandatory

Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Generation of referral business

·         Franchisee development

·         Visiting hospital for diagnostic outsourcing etc

·         Allocate the marketing budget and other resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency

·         Oversee and manage several cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

·         Minimum 8+ years of experience in any marketing/ sales domain.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Strong leadership skills
