Summary :

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team Hitech Housing And Properties to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
  

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).

• 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  
  Working Hours:
  
  9:00 AM – 6:45 PM, Tuesday weekoff [ Saturday & Sunday will be compulsory working ]
