We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong strategic marketing, business analysis, and customer insight skills to drive growth in both B2B and B2C segments for our construction business.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct market & customer analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Lead B2B & B2C marketing initiatives to grow client base and brand presence.
Manage offline marketing campaigns – exhibitions, events, print, and outdoor ads.
Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful promotional strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and report insights for business decisions.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in construction/real estate).
Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, customer analysis, and offline marketing.
Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a competitive market.
