Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives both in the office and on the field. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple showroom locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing showroom traffic, enhancing the in-store experience, supporting the sales team, and building strong local brand presence through both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Office Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement showroom marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.

• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and local SEO.

• Design and manage marketing materials: brochures, signage, in-store branding.

• Analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize efforts.

• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing calendars.

• Communicate regularly with leadership on performance and improvement areas.

On-Field Responsibilities:

• Visit showroom locations to ensure branding consistency, promotional setup, and customer experience.

• Coordinate and support local showroom events, exhibitions, influencer visits, and partnerships.

• Conduct market visits to assess competitors, collect insights, and identify local opportunities.

• Work closely with showroom managers and sales teams to align marketing with local sales goals.

• Oversee visual merchandising execution and ensure displays are on-brand and updated.

• Capture real-time content (photos/videos) during events and showroom activations for marketing use.
