Branding & Communication
Strengthen the company’s brand presence across online and offline platforms.
Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Develop PR strategies, manage media relations, and explore speaking/event opportunities.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and track performance of campaigns for course launches, webinars, and consulting programs.
Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue objectives.
Monitor analytics to optimize conversion rates.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage in-house marketing executives, interns, and external vendors/agencies.
Ensure timely delivery of design, content, and campaign assets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in training, education, or consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn, SEO, CRM/automation platforms).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
Creative thinker with project management and leadership skills.
