We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Services Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts for our B2B service offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support client acquisition and retention across various business sectors.
Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to promote business services across digital and traditional channels.
Create compelling content, including brochures, white papers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and blog posts.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support lead conversion.
Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Track and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and improve ROI.
Organize and manage webinars, conferences, and other industry events to increase brand visibility.
Maintain CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
Monitor client feedback and support the development of customer-focused messaging and positioning.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional or business services.
Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in content development, digital marketing, and lead generation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience in industries such as IT, consulting, finance, legal, or HR services.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer decision-making cycles.
Knowledge of branding, UX, and customer journey mapping.
