Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our field sales team. The role involves office-to-office marketing, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our advertising services. Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients (office-to-office).

• Pitch Om Sai Ads’ services, explain features, and close deals.

• Maintain records of client meetings, feedback, and follow-ups.

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Help in achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Provide market insights and assist in improving promotional strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

• Experience: 0–3 years in field sales or marketing.

• Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
