Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of sales experience in the electrical and industrial equipment domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of a wide range of electrical components and automation systems, and a strong ability to drive B2B and project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads into successful sales across assigned territory
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining products or services
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions using product knowledge
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• •2 to 4 years• of proven experience in sales (preferably in electrical/industrial products)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cable Wires
• Industrial Switchgears
• LV Motors
• Switches & Accessories
• MCB, ELCB, DB, Isolators
• Industrial & Building Automation
• Lighting Systems
• Solar Rooftop Systems
• Water Heaters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel as required within the region

Preferred:
• Experience in B2B and industrial project sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
