Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, driving admissions, and executing impactful marketing activities.

Salary Bracket: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives & Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness of and develop the GD Goenka Healthcare Academy brand

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)

• Communicate with target audiences to build and nurture customer relationships

• Source advertising opportunities and manage press, radio, and digital placements

• Write, proofread, and edit marketing copy for campaigns and promotional materials

• Organize and attend events such as seminars, conferences, and exhibitions

• Source and secure sponsorship opportunities

• Liaise with designers, printers, and media vendors for campaign execution

• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials

• Conduct market research through surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups

• Maintain and update customer databases for admissions and leads

• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Monitor and report on competitor activity

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute events and campaigns effectively

• Proficiency in market research and digital/print marketing tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
