Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, driving admissions, and executing impactful marketing activities.

Salary Bracket: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives & Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness of and promote the GD Goenka Healthcare Academy brand

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)

• Build and nurture customer relationships with target audiences

• Identify advertising opportunities and manage press, radio, and digital placements

• Write, proofread, and edit marketing content for print and digital campaigns

• Organize and attend events such as seminars, conferences, and exhibitions

• Source and secure sponsorship opportunities

• Coordinate with designers, printers, and media vendors for campaigns

• Manage the distribution of marketing materials

• Conduct market research using surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups

• Maintain and update customer and admissions databases

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external

• Monitor and report on competitor activity

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns and events

• Proficiency in market research and digital/print marketing tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own conveyance (two-wheeler or car) for field visits is mandatory
