A Marketing Senior Executive Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads through non-mass media channels. This role requires strong coordination skills to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies, including activations, promotions, and direct marketing campaigns.
Align BTL marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy to maximize impact and ROI.
Center & Team Coordination
Work closely with center managers to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities at each location.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to drive footfall and enhance customer engagement.
Maintain clear communication with regional teams to ensure consistency in campaign execution.
Vendor & Cost Management
Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors for printing, branding, and promotional materials while optimizing costs.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral across all centers.
Event & Activation Management
Plan and execute on-ground activations, corporate tie-ups, RWAs, mall promotions, and sampling campaigns.
Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and customer reach. Market &
Competitor Research
Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track campaign performance and provide timely reports with key insights and recommendations.
Ensure data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
Presentation & Communication
Confidently present marketing plans, negotiate tie-ups, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely reporting of all marketing activities and performance metrics.
