Conduct market and sales research to analyze performance.
Allocate monthly sales targets to the field sales team & distributors and ensure daily followup, tracking and achievement
Daily 7-8 hours field work for marketing/sales
Stock monitoring for ready stock at Distributor and monitoring competitors activity of sales/offer etc
Market visit 3 days in a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) for market analysis/research
Monitor and support sales growth initiatives in assigned areas.
Handle distributor management – maintain relationships, resolve issues, and ensure smooth supply.
Visit existing distributors to assess product performance and gather sales feedback.
Make casual visits to VIP customers to strengthen brand loyalty.
Support in exhibition and promotional displays as part of the marketing team.
Fmcg industry preferred
Sales field and sales operation experience
E-commerce, digital marketing knowledge
CRM software knowledge
Weekly report preparation
Strong communication, coordination & market research
Knowledge of FMCG distribution and retail market
Target-oriented approach
Team handling or coordination experience is a plus
Willingness to travel for field visits 2 days in a week
