Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential or existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
12th or equivalent; graduation preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English language.
Positive attitude and patience to deal with different types of customers.
Target-oriented approach.
