We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Triomentor Edu Services Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular field visits to schools, meet decision-makers, and maintain strong relationships.

2. Promote company services and branding through structured presentations, events, and activities at schools.

3. Obtain permissions for branding, events, and promotional activities in school and corporate premises.

4. Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, workshops, and student engagement drives.

5. Collect, manage, and update school and student data in the database management system.

6. Generate walk-ins and leads for the centre through field promotions and local marketing initiatives.

7. Handle calling and follow-ups using the provided database to convert leads into prospects.

8. Manage distribution of promotional materials and ensure proper visibility at targeted locations.

9. Provide timely market feedback, competitor insights, and performance reports to the management.

10. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly admission and marketing targets

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass , Graduation and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
