We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team [Thakur Job Consultant] to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

2. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content.

3. Coordinate with design and sales teams to prepare marketing materials like brochures, posters, and promotional content.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

5. Assist in organizing events, promotions, exhibitions, and brand activities.

6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and brand visibility.

7. Support lead-generation activities and ensure follow-ups with the sales team.

8. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing) is an advantage.

4. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights, etc.).
