Identify and generate leads in residential and commercial sectors
Promote government subsidy schemes like PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana
Develop channel partners and dealer networks
Meet clients, give product demos, and close sales
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installations
Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential customers
Represent the brand at events, expos, and local marketing activities
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (solar or renewable sector preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with result-oriented mindset
Familiarity with solar subsidy and net metering process is a plus
Must have own vehicle for field work
Any graduate (Engineering/MBA preferred)
