Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution across various digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop and create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, website blogs, email newsletters, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers), and promotional materials.
Utilize design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop to produce visually appealing graphics and layouts.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's presence across relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X - formerly Twitter).
Plan, schedule, and publish regular content to foster community engagement and brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lead nurturing sequences.
Segment email lists and personalize content to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
Support the sales team by providing marketing collateral and lead information.
Contribute to nurturing leads through targeted communication and content.
Website & Digital Presence:
Assist with website content updates and optimization (basic SEO knowledge is a plus).
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics to track traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
Identify areas for website improvement to enhance user experience and lead capture.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, Mailchimp reports).
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future marketing efforts.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Monitor competitor marketing activities and identify best practices and opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling marketing materials.
Support other marketing initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT, electronics, or related industry.
Demonstrated proficiency with email marketing platforms, specifically Mailchimp.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Google Analytics for website performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools and best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali (preferred, given location).
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
