Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote real estate properties, including advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Digital Marketing: Oversee social media campaigns, manage website content and SEO, and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, video content, and blog posts to engage potential buyers and renters.
Promotional Activities: Organize and coordinate property viewings, open houses, roadshows, and other promotional events.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals, optimize lead conversions, and generate leads for property sales or rentals.
Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other external vendors.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
