Make the proper VAN operating report on Monthly basis Branding 1. In depth detailed marketing/branding activities to be done in the whole year. 2.Managing and executing all types of BTL activities and brand activation. 3. Handling POP Material management: Designing, Printing, Dispatch and Stock maintenance. Marketing 1.Trade and consumer scheme designing and development 2.Design and manage Price List 3.Manage MICE /Events. 4.New Product Launch Planning and execution. Managing external Resources 1. Identify, Evaluate, Negotiate and Finalize vendor/supplier/agency. 2. Getting work done from external resources like:-Vendors/suppliers/designers/consultants/agencies/laboratories 3. Getting the designs made for packaging, branding and communication. Market Visit 1. Maintain good relations with trade partners and coordinate with the sales team for any problems, requirements, or support. 2.Briefing Sales team about the product, campaign, communication, offers, etc 3.Able to communicate/coordinate efficiently with all stakeholders (Trade channel partners, Customers, etc) and satisfy them. Market audit 1.Identifying Target Audiences and planning effective marketing/branding activities for the purpose of increasing sales. 2.Capable of making an in-depth report on Competitor Analysis (monthly) and Market trends. 3.Prepare reports and give presentations on marketing performance and ROI. Product Development 1. R&D (Primary and Secondary Research) 2.Manage and maintain legal statutory requirements of products 3.Product test marketing
