We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead initiatives aimed at expanding our coaching institute's market presence and driving student enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
· Student Acquisition & Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students through various channels, including digital marketing, seminars, and partnerships.
· Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants to create referral networks and collaborative programs.
· Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for program development or enhancement.
· Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales plans to meet or exceed enrollment targets, including setting goals, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and program offerings.
· Event Management: Organize and participate in educational fairs, open houses, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead follow-ups, and partnership engagements; provide regular reports to senior management.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing. A Master’s degree is preferred
· Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Experience in student counseling or academic advising.
· Familiarity with local and regional education systems and examination boards.
· Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
