Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate new leads through calls, references, and online research.
Convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Graduate in any stream (Marketing background preferred).
0–2 years of experience in marketing / telesales / client handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
