**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to ensure consistent branding and create sales.
- Manage branding and corporate communications.
- Oversee and analyze the performance and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and plan.
- Responsible for strategic & tactical marketing planning for assigned real estate projects.
- Execute 360-degree media planning for launch and sustenance campaigns.
- Conduct competition analysis for assigned projects.
- Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and various MIS reports.
- Grow and monitor direct sales impact by working closely with presales and sales teams.
- Plan and manage channel partner and customer engagement communication.
- Strategically source, negotiate, and manage vendors and agencies.
- Exposure to PR and event execution.
- Coordinate with project sales teams, accounts teams, design, and CRM teams for marketing execution.
- Oversee billing/ERP processing and vendor management.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
