Management Trainee – Marketing (Probation: 3 Months)

About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on fresh graduates to join us as Management Trainees – Marketing. This is a 3-month probationary role with a decent stipend, designed to give you end-to-end exposure to the world of marketing, branding, and operations. Think of it as your launchpad into a dynamic career — with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.

What You’ll Work On:

Over the 3-month period, you’ll be involved in:

· Social Media & Digital Content: Supporting ideation and execution for brand channels

· Events & Activations: Assisting in organizing and running on-ground brand campaigns

· Field Work: Participating in market visits, customer interactions, and rural outreach (including farm visits)

· Brand Ops: Helping with logistics, coordination, vendor management, and backend tasks

· Research & Insights: Gathering feedback from the field, tracking competitors, supporting reporting

What You Bring:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Eagerness to learn and work across functions

· Flexibility to travel or work irregular hours during activations

· Familiarity with basic tools (Google Suite, Excel, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Bonus if you’re into design, photography, content, or storytelling
