Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our lead generation, business development, and brand marketing efforts. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in building marketing pipelines, digital outreach, and real-world business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients and partners.

  • Assist in running digital campaigns to acquire qualified leads.

  • Engage with prospects via email, social media, or phone to explain service offerings.

• Marketing & Promotion:

  • Help plan and execute online marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.).

  • Create and distribute marketing content that promotes Debt2NoDebt’s services.

  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

• Business Development:

  • Support the sales team in pitching services to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate on new business development models and revenue strategies.

  • Help identify partnership or collaboration opportunities.

• Brand Building:

  • Contribute to building the online presence of the company through consistent messaging.

  • Support in organizing webinars, live sessions, or client education events.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.).

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
