Role Overview:

Join our BOI Dealing Desk as an Equity Dealer and handle cash segment trades, manage client portfolios, and drive business growth through client reactivation and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Trade Execution: Execute equity trades in the cash segment on behalf of clients with precision and in full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

·       Client Management: Manage and assist client portfolios, providing timely trade-related support and guidance.

·       Client Reactivation: Engage with dormant/inactive clients to encourage reactivation of their trading accounts.

·       Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue from both existing and reactivated clients.

·       Market Communication: Provide clients with research reports and timely updates on market trends aligned with their investment interests.

·       Compliance & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of all transactions and client activities.

Requirements:

·       6–12 months of experience in equity dealing

·       NISM VIII certified (preferred)

·       Strong communication and client-handling skills

·       Goal-driven with market knowledge
